REAL ESTATE CONSULTATION
Hourly consultation services are available for complex or unusual real estate situations. For example, we analyzed the implications of a land lease renewal for a doctor owned medical office building. We also manage appraisers, inspectors and contractors on behalf of our clients.
We work with landowners, public agencies, land trusts and appraisers to facilitate land transfers for wildlife habitat and open space conservation purposes. Donation of some or all of the appraised land value can result in tax savings from charitable deductions.
